The Syllabus for AIEEE 2009 has been made available. You can download the syllabus at the CBSE site here- http://cbse.nic.in/aieee.htm.
The site reads that the syllabus provided is for AIEEE 2009 though the download links are directing to the AIEEE 2008 syllabus, so it seems that the syllabus would be more or less the same though nothing could be said about the pattern of the examination after seeing the previous year examination.

The date for AIEEE 2009 examination has not been officially released till yet,but most likely the examination would be held on the last Sunday of April that is 26th April 2009.
